Writer’s Biography –Stephen Glickman

Steve is a winner of the 2001 BC Festival of the Arts emerging writing program for scriptwriting; where he was awarded a full scholarship to the Vancouver Film School for their writing for film and television program. This program was completed in the winter of 2001. He also trained with the Ivana Chubbuck Acting Studios (Jim Carrey, Brad Pitt, Elizabeth Shue, Halle Berry, Djimon Hounsou), for a year before that – with additional guidance from John Levy (casting director ER) and Rob Schneider.

Steve grew up in Toronto, but has spent 15 years living in British Columbia. Along with several part-time jobs in restaurants, hotels, construction sites, and ski schools; he has also been the owner and manager of a window washing company and the owner of a successful computer software business. Recently he has travelled to a charity in Thailand to record children singing, to Jakarta to exchange ideas with counter-revolutionaries, and to Eugene Oregon where he produced his first documentary.

He has published four poetry books, http://KickAssPoetry.com; a variety of scripts, http://KickAssScripts.com; and will soon be leading a revolution which will change life as we all know it.
